Massage

Massage is the practice of applying force or vibration to soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints to stimulate circulation, mobility, elasticity, or relief of certain bodily pains.

Because it is a form of therapy, it may also be known as massage therapy. It can be applied to parts of the body or continuously to the entire body to heal physical traumas, relieve psychological stress, control pain, improve circulation, and relieve tension. When massage is used for both physical and mental benefits, it can be called "Massage Therapy".
